The World Leadership Forum successfully concluded its multi-day International Conclave 2025, held from 19th to 23rd November, with significant sessions hosted at the historic UK Parliament. The initiative brought together a diverse delegation of policymakers, business leaders, social influencers, and media professionals from India and the United Kingdom to explore collaborative opportunities in governance, leadership, sustainability, innovation, and community development.

The programme was guided by the exceptional leadership of Mr. Nachiket Joshi and delivered through the effective coordination of Khushboo Shah (Organiser), ensuring a well-structured and impactful series of engagements across London and Harrow.
At the centre of the programme were the high-level sessions inside the House of Commons and House of Lords. The House of Commons session, hosted by MP Joy Morrissey (MP for Beaconsfield), focused on strengthening India–UK ties in education, trade, healthcare, sustainable development, and investment. Distinguished attendees included MP Jack Rankin (Windsor), former MP Virendra Sharma, Srimathi Shivashankar (Vice President, HCL), Suhel Seth (Author & Brand Strategist), Vijay Goel (Founder, India European Business Forum), Dr. Bharat Pankhania (Mayor of Bath), Cllr Anjana Patel (Mayor of Harrow), Swami Chakrapani Maharaj (National President, Hindu Mahasabha), Hirdesh Gupta (Founder, IDUK), Shirin Aggarwal (Founder, Wey Foundation Mumbai), Shipra Pathak (Water Woman of India), Rupal Dalal (Managing Director, JD Fashion Institute), and Kailash Sonakiya (Editor, News Nation).
The House of Lords engagement, hosted by Lord Sahota (Life Peer), continued the cross-cultural dialogue and recognised the contributions of dignitaries including Lord Rami Ranger (Life Peer & Business Leader).
Additional respected delegates such as Sandeep Goenka, Abhey Bansal, Yogita Bhayana, Neha Singh (Government of Maharashtra), Lokesh Kumar (BJP Leader, Andhra Pradesh), Vinita Gupta (Technology Entrepreneur, Silicon Valley), Sanjay Gupta (Former President, The Cost Accountants of India), Chinu Kawatra, Hussain Ahmedali Nalwala, Tarun Ghulati, and Rabih El Fadel contributed to the broad-ranging discussions.
Outside Parliament, the delegation engaged in leadership interaction at the Mayor's Parlour in Harrow, hosted by Cllr Anjana Patel, where conversations focused on expanding India–UK community engagement, public leadership, and cultural cooperation.
The International Conclave 2025 reinforced the World Leadership Forum's objective of fostering global leadership exchange and supporting India's aspiration to become a developed nation by 2047 through inclusive growth, strong governance, innovation, and international partnerships.
