In a significant reshuffle, Bihar government reassigned responsibilities of six IAS officers including shifting Director, Information and Public Relation Anil Kumar. Now Gunjan Singh, who is serving as Joint Secretary Chief Minister's Secretariat has been given additional charge of Director, Information and Public Relations.
Naveen Kumar, a 2011 batch IAS officer, who is serving as Special Secretary, Liquor Prohibition, Products and Regulations Department with additional charge of Secretary incharge Information and Public Relation and Managing Director Bihar State Beverage Corporation Limited, has given given another additional charge of Managing Director Bihar Industrial Sector Development Authority (BIADA), Patna, along with his existing obligations, till further orders.
With the effect of the aforesaid order Kundan Kumar, who is serving as Secretary, Industries Department has been relieved of the additional charge of Managing Director of BIADA. He will continue to serve as CEO Bihar Foundation and Managing Director Bihar Infrastructure Development Authority.
Vivek Ranjan Maitreya, who is serving as Additional Secretary, Information and Public Relations Department has been transferred and posted as Director, Sports, Bihar, Patna till further orders. In the light of above arrangement Arif Ahsan, who is serving as State Transport Commissioner, has been relieved of the additional charge of Director, Sports.
Anil Kumar, who is serving as Director, Information and Public Relations Department has been transferred and posted as Managing Director, Bihar State Building Construction Corporation Limited, Patna.
Abhishek Palasia, who is serving as Joint Secretary, Road Construction Department has been transferred as Managing Director, Bihar State Educational Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited, Patna. He will continue to serve as Joint Secretary, Information and Public Relations Department as additional charge.
Shrikant Kundlik Khandekar, who is serving as Joint Secretary, Chief Minister's Secretariat, Bihar has been given additional charge of Joint Secretary, Industries Department.
Gunjan Singh Joint Secretary, Chief Minister's Secretariat has been given additional charge of Director, Information and Public Relations Department and Managing Director, Bihar State Dialogue Committee, Patna.
