Ravi Jain, Secretary local bodies and self governance announced to set an exclusive cell to resolve complaisant received on Sampark port and 181 Helpline.
He interacted with public over 181 helpline to resolve their problems on the spot online. During the exercise, he closely examined the functioning of the portal and also ensured the hand-to-hand resolution of the complaints filed through personal phone calls.

Jain, like a common citizen, called 181 and took stock of the arrangements of the portal. He appreciated the positive feedback received from the call representative.
During the inspection, a complaint about sewage water spilling on the road was received from Chittorgarh. On this, Jain immediately gave instructions to the Executive Engineer Jitendra Meena through VC to repair the sewerage system as well as to send the pre and after photos of the work to the headquarters so that effective monitoring of the work can be done.
Instructions for ensuring stopping of buses and GPS monitoring
Mahendra Saini of Jaipur filed a complaint that buses not stopping despite Goner being a bus stand. Jain spoke directly to the officer concerned and gave instructions to ensure the stoppage of buses of the respective route. At the same time, orders were also given for continuous surveillance through GPS installed in buses.
