The list of 22 IAS officers looks more like a re transfer list of IAS officers transferred in the list on September 5 this year. As expected transfer of Ashish Modi was cancelled as he retained the post of director secondary education while Mahendra Khadgawat who was to replace him has been given posting as district Beawar. The post of Churu collector, where Modi was transferred, has been filled by Abhishek Surana, who has been transferred from the post of commissioner Jaipur Heritage. 

Arun Kumar Hasija, who has been recently promoted to IAS, has been given important post of commissioner Jaipur Heritage at a time when the city is gearing up for the Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit.

Ambrish Kumar, a 2004 batch IAS of officer, who has come back after four years serving as project director at Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev's Isha Outreach in Coimbatore, has been posted as secretary, medical education, which was being taken care by principal secretary medical and health as additional charge. 

Bhawani Singh Detha, who went on leave after he was transferred member revenue board in the last list 20 days back, has been adjusted in secretariat as principal secretary Ayurveda and Indian Medical System. 

In this transfer list 22 IAS officers have been changed with almost 50% getting transferred in just 20 days.

Piyush Samaria, Hari Mohan Meena, Pukhraj Sen, Shubham Choudhary, Dr Bhanwar Lal, Bhawani Singh Detha and Atul Prakash among others who have been transfers twice within 20 days. 

Om Prakash Kasera, who was serving as managing director Jodhpur Discom, has been brought back to Jaipur to serve as managing director Rajasthan Urja Vikas and IT Services Limited. He has also been given additional charge of Rajasthan Renewable Energy Corporation (RREC), which was being handled by , that too as an additional charge. Didel is serving as managing director Rajasthan Vidyut Prasanna Nigam Limited. 

Ravi Jain, who is serving as secretary tourism, has been given additional charge of chairman Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation. 

Pratibha Singh has been transferred from the post of divisional commissioner Pali to divisional commissioner Jodhpur. She will continue to look after Pali division as an additional charge.
