Enthused by the interest shown by investors in Direct Allotment Scheme -2025, Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation Limited (RIICO) is launching 13th phase on August 12, 2025 where 4,500 industrial plots would be on sale.
In this phase, industrial and logistical utilisation in more than 100 industrial areas are being made available to the investors. Plots for which only one application will be received shall be directly allotted, while for more than one applications, allotment will be through e-lottery ensuring complete transparency.
Under the scheme, e-lottery will be organised on September 1, 2026. In view of the increasing interest of investors, the validity of the direct allotment scheme has been extended till December 31, 2026.
The benefit of the scheme is being given to the investors who have executed the MoU with the state government under the Rising Rajasthan Investment Summit. Entrepreneurs who have not yet signed an MoU can also participate in this phase by finalising the MoU by the last date of submission of application and EMD.
Suresh Kumar Ola, Managing Director, RIICO said that 12 phases of the scheme have been successfully completed so far.
“We have allotted about 2,000 industrial lands to investors. These allocations are likely to create an investment of more than Rs 20,000 crore along with 40,000 job opportunities in the state. In addition, more than 300 plots are in the process of allotment, with an investment potential of more than Rs 1,500 crore,” he said.
