The officiating managing director and chief engineer Kamal Prakash Verma has been appointed as regular managing director and director (full time) of Ajmer Discom for one year. The state government has issued order in this regard.
Verma has also been the director technical of Ajmer, Jaipur and Jodhpur discoms. His first posting was in Kota Thermal Power. Verma graduated in Electrical Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Kurukshetra (now NIT Kurukshetra).
Verma had been officiating managing director of Ajmer Discom since February 21, 2023.
