Four officers from other services promoted to IAS in Rajasthan

Four officers from non state administrative services have been promoted to in Rajasthan. 

According to the notification, Dr Nitesh Sharma, Amita Sharma, Narender Kumar Manghani and Naresh Kumar Goyal have been promoted. 

While Dr. Neetish Sharma and Narender Kumar Manghani are from Statistics service, Amita Sharma is from Accounts Service and Naresh Kumar Goyal is from state insurance and provident fund service. 

The selections of these four officers are against vacancies of year 2022. They will allocated year later by the state . These officers will be kept on probation and will be given a new posting.

Among the selected officers, Dr Neetish Sharma is currently serving as Director Statistics in the Chief Minister's Office (CMO). Before the CMO, Dr. Sharma has worked for 6 years as Director Programme Monitoring in the Chief 's Office. He is youngest among the four and is left with 10 years of service. 

Narender Kumar Manghani, another officer from Statistics Service is currently serving as joint secretary coordination in the planning department . He is left with 8 years of service. 

Amita Sharma, an officer from 1996 batch of state accounts service, is currently serving as additional director and ex officio director of IFMS, treasuries and accounts department. She is left with 6 years of service. 

Naresh Kumar Goyal, a 1998 batch officer from state insurance services, is currently serving as additional director research and planning in medical education department. He is left with 7 years of service.
