The Himachal Pradesh government has transferred two IAS officers. According to the notification issued by the government, the Deputy Commissioner of Kinnaur Dr. Amit Kumar Sharma has been appointed as the new Deputy Commissioner of Kullu. Sonakshi Singh Tomar, Chief Executive Officer of Baddi-Barotiwala-Nalagarh Development Authority, has been made Deputy Commissioner of Kinnaur.
Dr. Amit Kumar Sharma (IAS, Himachal Cadre 2016) is currently posted as Deputy Commissioner of Kinnaur District. Now he has been appointed as Deputy Commissioner of Kullu. Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development)-cum-Project Director District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) Surjit Singh had the additional charge of Deputy Commissioner in Kullu. After Amit Kumar Sharma takes charge, Surjit Singh will be relieved of this additional responsibility.
Sonakshi Singh Tomar (IAS, Himachal Cadre 2016) is currently posted as Chief Executive Officer of Baddi-Barotiwala-Nalagarh Development Authority in Baddi, District Solan. The government has transferred her and appointed her as Deputy Commissioner of Kinnaur. She will take up her charge at Reckong Peo.
