During the interaction, he spoke directly with four complainants through video conferencing and landline. He took note of their problems and directed the concerned officials for effective disposal.
Review of disposal of complaints on Sampark portal
Galriya reviewed the status of processing and disposal of complaints received through the Sampark portal. He gave necessary guidelines to officers for speedy redressal.
Instructions to ensure quick and effective solution
Galriya directed officers to ensure prompt and effective disposal of complaints received on 181 helplines and contact portals. He said that there should be no unnecessary delay in the resolution of complaints and time-bound relief should be provided to the complainant while regular monitoring of each case.

Overviewed the functioning of contact GPT
Galriya also observed the methodology of AI based ‘Contact GPT'. The officials present informed that a large number of public complaints received through GPT are analysed, filtered and automatically classified through AI technology. He looked at the system of processing complaints at different levels through contact GPT and their classification in respective categories and he also enquired about its functioning.
