As part of on the spot grievance redressal, Gayatri Rathore, Principal Secretary, Medical and Health interacted with public over Rajasthan Sampark Call Center Sampark AI.
Rathore interacted directly with complainants via video and audio calls, heard their issues, and resolved their grievances on the spot.
Among many complainants, Naresh, a resident of Sawai Madhopur, reported an issue regarding ‘Jan-Aadhaar' and other documents related to the Chief Minister Ayushman Arogya Yojana (MAA) via video call. Rathore directed the District Chief Medical and Health Officer to ensure the speedy resolution of the case.

Yash, a resident of Jaipur, complained about rude behavior of staff at the Sanganeri Women's Hospital. Upon hearing the details of the case, she instructed the concerned officials to take necessary action. Similarly, Dhanraj and Tarachand raised complaints regarding ASHA Sahyoginis, while Suraj, a resident of Gangapur City, complained about the unavailability of doctors on time at the government hospital. Rathore directed that all cases be investigated and appropriate action taken in accordance with the rules.
Rathore said that the state government is committed to providing quality medical facilities.
“Any kind of negligence in medical institutions will not be tolerated, and action will be taken against guilty personnel as per the rules,” she said.
Appreciating the ‘Sampark AI' initiative launched by Rajasthan Sampark, Rathore said that it would enable effective, subject-wise analysis of registered grievances. Access to grievance-related data and detailed reports will assist the department in identifying problems and ensuring timely, effective action for their resolution.
