IAS Pratap Singh attends public grievances live on 181 Helpline

As part of an by Rajasthan government for implementing a quick and transparent resolution to public grievances, Joint Secretary Finance (Expnditure-II) Pratap Singh conducted a detailed inspection of the ‘Rajasthan Sampark 181' Helpline centre. 

He reviewed the working of the portal and the pace at which grievances are readdressed and reflected on the dashboard.

Singh, a 2016 batch officer, gave instructions to continuously reduce the average time taken in disposal of complaints registered on the CM dashboard. 

He said that the state government's top priority is to provide maximum relief to complainants through technology and departmental coordination,

He informed that for effective and permanent resolution of complaints of inter-departmental nature, intensive data analysis is being done through based ‘Sampark GPT', which makes it possible to understand the root cause of complex and multi-departmental cases and provide best possible solution.

In the process, Singh heard public grievances registering live on and immediately coordinated with concerned departmental officials to ensure that many problems were resolved on the spot.
