Nitish Kumar effects IAS transfer, Chandrashekhar Singh given charge of secy disaster management 

Months before the elections, Nitish has transferred senior IAS officers. A notification has been issued by the General Administration Department in this regard.

With monsoon season in full swing and Bihar being flood prone state, the government has given additional charge of disaster management to Chandrashekhar Singh (2010). Singh is serving as divisional commissioner Patna. 

Mihir Kumar Singh (1993), who is serving as additional secretary road construction department with additional charge of industries department has been removed from road construction department. He will now look after the industries department with additional charge of transport department. 

Singh has switched place with Sandeep Kumar R Pudakalkatti (2006) who has been transferred from transport department to road construction department. Pudakalkatti had road construction department as additional charge. Now he will serve the department full fledged with additional charge of commissioner enquiries. 

Lokesh Kumar Singh (2003), who is serving as secretary with additional charge of and commisioner enquiries will now also take care of health department.
