Rajasthan Chief Secretary Sudhansh Pant has directed officials to ensure fast implementation of Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) signed under the “Rising Rajasthan” summit by translating investment commitments into tangible outcomes.
While reviewing the progress of MoU targets for the third quarter of the current financial year, Pant said that work has already commenced on projects worth Rs 7 lakh crore within less than a year, which is 20% of the total MoUs worth around Rs 35 lakh crore were signed during the Global Investment Summit.
He stressed that departmental officers must closely monitor every stage of the process—from land allotment to project development—so that investment proposals are implemented without delay.

He said that officials should ensure regular coordination and communication with investors to facilitate them in implementing the MoUs.
Pant directed officials to conduct regular field inspections, upload progress photographs, and submit monthly updated reports. after land allotment.
Rajasthan's principal secretary (Industries) Alok Gupta informed that RIICO has so far issued land allotment letters for 347.45 hectares to facilitate the implementation of 1,387 MoUs. Similarly, the Revenue Department has allotted 34,000 hectares for 33 projects, while the Civil Aviation Department has allotted 22,000 hectares for 8 projects.

Pawan, Secretary (Animal Husbandry) Dr. Samit Sharma, Secretary (Information Technology) Ravi Kumar Surpur, Secretary (Civil Aviation) Dr. Jogaram, and BIP Commissioner Suresh Kumar Ola, along with other senior departmental officials.
