Poll war snowballs into battle between ‘Crown’ and ‘Regional Satrap’

Slowly and steadily, the election in is becoming Gehlot V/s Modi. In today's rally also, Modi attacked Rajasthan minister Ashok Gehlot. Former and her party colleague Vasundhara Raje has vanished from Modi's as well as Gehlot's speeches. Neither Modi refers BJP's achievements during Raje government nor Gehlot speaks about Raje era anymore. Gehlot of late in all his speeches, is targeting Modi.

So far Vasundhara Raje, unusual for her style of functioning, has been sitting beside Modi as a mute spectator. Her hands move only to clap and face smiles only to appreciate praises being showered on Modi.

Modi has come to Jodhpur – the bastion of Gehlot – after five years. He called upon Gehlot to stay back and take rest. He also took a dig at Gehlot for not being present while inauguration of projects worth Rs 5,600 core.

“Aap Vishram Kijiye. Hum sab sambhal lenge. Jodhpur mein hazaron crore ke projects ki shuruaat par Gehlotji isliye nahin aaye kyonki unko bharosa hai ki Modi aayega to sab theek ho jayega,” Modi said.

Modi said that the Lal Diary has all the detail of shady work and corruption of and the secret of the Diary should come out in open.

“In last five year, the game of chair was played 24 hours. Rajasthan has not progressed even an inch. Secret of Lal Diary should come out. Congress government will not let this happen. So government of BJP should be formed,” he said.

He said that the Ujjwala beneficiary will get gas cylinder for Rs 600 which will help all women to celebrate festival with gusto.

“This will benefit Ujjwala beneficiaries across the country including 70 families of Rajasthan,” Modi said.
