Rajasthan Housing Board is planning to launch 3BK and 4BHK flats in Jaipur's Pratap Nagar residential scheme. The board will soon start application process for 84 flats to be constructed in Sector 28.
The decision was taken at the 173rd meeting of the Project Committee chaired by Vaibhav Galriya, principal secretary UDH and chairman RHB.
Galriya said that the board has also given its go ahead to the approval of 497 plots in Gopalpura tehsil and Baran district.
“It has also approved scheme of EWS and LIG flats at Paneriyon Ki Madri n Udaipur with slight modification,” he said.
The meeting was attended by RHB commissioner Rashmi Sharma, chief town planner Vinay Kumar Dalela, chief engineer Amit Agrawal, senior town planner Poddar Prakash Shardul and other senior officials were present.
