Wife of an IPS officer of Bihar cadre attempted to commit suicide. She has been admitted to a private hospital after being referred by Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Science.
According to sources, the woman has consumed poisonous substance. Preliminary investigation reveals that the reason behind attempting suicide was related to family. However, Police have refused to reveal anything about the incident. Even they are trying to withhold the name of the victim.
Sources said that the woman was first brought to IGIMS for treatment. After two hours, she was sent to a private hospital for better medical care.
