CM Bhajan Lal gives clean chit to officers in paper leak!

Rajasthan chief minister said that there has been no incident of paper leak in BJP government with same set of officers, who were working in previous Congress government when 17 papers out of 19 examinations were leaked.

“Today same officers are working. But there is no case of paper leak. During your period 17 out of 19 examination papers were leaked,” chief minister Bhajan lal Sharma said addressing former chief minister Ashok Gehlot.

The statement of Bhajan Lal Sharma kind of gives clean chit to bureaucrats and officers in paper leak cases. It gives an indication that paper leaks were happened at the behest of ministers and political leaders during Congress regime.

Bhajan Lal further said that during BJP government of farmers and poor people have qualified in RAS examination.

“Unlike Congress government where relatives of ministers cleared RAS examination and became officers,” Sharma said.

Advocating the loyalty of officers to government, Sharma said that officers don't belong to parties but belong to government.

“A statement from Ashok Gehlot came. The officers who were engaged in our (Gehlot's) time are being given important posts now. Gehlot Saheb, the officer belongs to the government, not yours. They don't belong to us either. I want to ask you. I know you will answer it.”

After of Akhil Arora as to CM, Gehlot had said that Bhajan Lala Sharma is endorsing capabilities of officers who were at key positions in Gehlot government. Arora was considered close to Gehlot and was heading key portfoilos of finance, IT and public relations during Gehlot regime.
