Bihar government has appointed secretaries in charge for different districts to make administrative system more effective.
Senior IAS officers will ensure better coordination in monitoring of development plans, law and order and public interest related works.
According to the order, senior IAS officer CK Anil has been made the secretary in-charge of Gaya district, while Arvind Kumar Chaudhary has been given the responsibility of Bhojpur.
The responsibility of Samastipur has been assigned to Dr. N Vijayalakshmi and the responsibility of Patna has been assigned to B. Rajinder.
At the same time, Senthil Kumar has been appointed secretary-in-charge for Nawada while HR Srinivas has been appointed for Western Champaran, Santosh Kumar Mall for Purniya and Pankaj Kumar for Rohtas.
The responsibility of Saharsa has been given to Narmadeshwar Lal, while Vinay Kumar will be the secretary in-charge of Muzaffarpur.
Among other districts, Mayank Varvade has been given the responsibility of Buxar, Pratima Satish Kumar Verma for Saran, Pankaj Pal for Begusarai, Bandana Preyashi for Vaishali while Lokesh Kumar Singh has been given responsibility of Madhubani.
The state government has appointed Abhay Kumar Singh in East Champaran, Ajay Yadav in Katihar, Divesh Sehra in Kishanganj and Sandeep R Pudkalkatti has been deputed in Banka. Senior officer Dharmendra Singh has been given the responsibility of Madhepura.
Similarly, Gopal Meena has been deputed for Gopalganj, Manoj Kumar for Aurangabad, Deepak Anand for Bhagalpur, Sanjay Kumar Singh for Darbhanga, Dinesh Kumar for Jamui, Mohammad Sohail for Sheohar while Dr. Ashima Jainhas been nominated for Supaul.
Apart from that, B. Kartikeya Dhanji has been appointed door Kaimur, Pranav Kumar for Khagaria, Manoj Kumar Singh for Siwan, Seema Tripathi for Sitamarhi, Rajeev Roshan for Sheikhpura and Dr. Kaushal Kishore has been given responsibility of Arwal.
