The Central Government has transferred IPS officer Diksha (BH:2021) from the Bihar cadre to the AGMUT cadre due to her marriage to IPS officer Dwarka Gaadhi (AGMUT:2022).
This transfer was approved under the Indian Police Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, with the concurrence of the Governments of Bihar and AGMUT.
Dwarka Gaadhi, a resident of Bishnah in Jammu district, is currently serving in the AGMUT cadre.
He had successfully cleared the Union Public Service Commission Civil Services Examination in his third attempt, securing an All India Rank of 412.
Dwarka Gaadhi completed his schooling from Shiksha Niketan Higher Secondary School, Jeevan Nagar, and graduated from MAM College, Jammu.
