After winning the medal Rudransh said that the conditions were not favourable for him.

“This was the first time the competition took place indoor which favoured Chinese shooters. I used to practice in outdoor. Initially I had some Nishita but later I covered up to end up second. Now I will work harder for the next eventZ my aim is to win gold in para Olympics,” Rudransh said.

He has been practising daily 6 hours in Dr Karni Singh Shooting Range in with his coach J P Nautiyal.

“He doesn't even visit home. Last he came for a day only a month ago. He has not celebrated even Diwali with us over last two years,” said Rudransh's mother Vineeta.
