Shubham Kumar, 2021 batch IAS officer, who had topped UPSC-2020 examination, tied nuptial knot with Priyangi Mehta in a wedding ceremony at Patna.
Kumar, a native of Katihar, is currently serving as municipal commissioner Bhagalpur. His wife Priyangi Mehta is an IRS officer. She had secured 261st rank in UPSC-2021 examination.
Mehta has earlier topped Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) examination also.
Kumar has completed B.Tech degree from IIT Bombay while Priyangi has done graduation from Banaras Hindu University.
