Rajasthan transfers 17 IPS officers

The Rajasthan government has reshuffled the police department and transferred 17 IPS officers on Tuesday midnight. 

In this reshuffle, SPs of 7 districts have been changed. These include Chittorgarh, Bhilwara, Deedwana-Kuchaman, Nagaur, Tonk, Bharatpur, and Dausa. Harendra Kumar Mahawar has been made the IG of the Kota range.

Manish Tripathi has been transferred from SP Chittorgarh to the post of SP ATS Jaipur. Dharmendra Singh, who was SP Bhilwara, will now be the new SP of Chittorgarh. 

Sagar, who was serving as SP Dausa, will replace Dharmendra Singh. 

, who was serving as SP Anti Terrorist Squad (ATS) will now be SP of Deedwana-Kuchaman replacing Richa Tomar, who has been sent as the commandant of the 11th Battalion of the RAC in Delhi. 

Rajesh Kumar Meena has been posted as SP Bharatpur from Tonk while Roshan Meena, who was SP Nagaur will take charge of Tonk. Piyush Dikshit, who was serving as SP ACB, has been transferred to Dausa.

Gordhan Lal Saunkaria has been transferred from SP, Law and Order, Police Headquarters to the post of SP, ACB Jaipur while Ashima Vaswani has been posted as Assistant SP Bharatpur City from Assistant SP Mawali, Udaipur.

Harendra Kumar Mahawar, IG in CB, will now be IG of Kota Range. The post of IG in the Kota range was vacant.

Lata Manoj Kumar, who was serving as ADG Civil Rights, Anti-Human Trafficking and Community Policing, has been transferred as ADG Community Policing and Public Prosecution. 

ADG Police Headquarters Hawa Singh Ghumaria has been given the additional charge of ADG Civil Rights and Anti-Human Trafficking.

KB Vandana, who was after returning from the central deputation from National Investigation Agency (NIA), has been posted as IG CID (Crime Branch). Vandana had returned  from deputation on April 29, this year. 

She will replace Param Jyoti, who has been transferred as IG RAC Jaipur and Kalu Ram Rawat, who was serving as IG Civil Rights and Anti-Human Trafficking, has been transferred to IG Telecommunications. Rawat, who had hit the headlines for long absenteeism without information, has been transferred twice within as span of three months. On February 23, he was transferred with from DIG Police Housing to IG Civil Rights and Anti Human Trafficking. 

Shaveta Dhankhar, who was serving as DIG Civil Rights, Police Headquarters, has been transferred as RAC, Jaipur while Bhuvan Bhushan Yadav, who was serving as DIG in ACB , has been transferred to SOG, Jaipur.
