Congress has announced candidates on all of except on Amla assembly seat where deputy Nisha Bangre, who is fighting against Shivraj Singh government for her relieving after she had resigned almost four months back.

By not announcing candidate for Amla seat Congress has indicated that the party wants Bangre to contest for that seat albeit her resignation is accepted. Bangre, is a civil services officer, who belongs to scheduled cast. In June she had applied for leave to attend a Buddhist . But government denied her the leave. Bangre has time till October 30 to get the relieving from state government and file nomination, which starts from October 21 and ends on October 30.
“Contesting election is my basic right. And I have complete faith in judiciary that they will do justice to me,” Bangre said.

Bangre said that she told Supreme Court that four officers had resigned from services which included on judge, one IAS officer, a teacher and a doctor.
“Government accepted resignation of all four within 24 hours. But it is harassing me as I am a supporter of opposite party,” she said.
