Finance Secretary Kumar Pal Gautam redresses public grievances through 181

Rajasthan finance Secretary () Kumar Pal Gautam heard and resolved public grievances while interacting directly through Rajasthan Sampark Portal (181).  

Gautam reviewed the matters related to , Registration and Stamp and Commercial Tax Department and passed on necessary guidelines to the officers for quick and quality disposal.

Gautam described Rajasthan Sampark Portal as a link between the government and the common man. 

“It provides an opportunity for improvement. The 181 portal is not just a medium for hearing complaints, but it is a means of bringing smiles on the face of the common people,” he said. 

He directed officers to simplify procedures in cases related to GST, tax assessment, license renewal of stamp vendors and pending financial refunds, etc.

As part of Bhajan Lal Sharma's initiative to reach out to public, of all departments interact at Rajasthan Contact Helpline (181) control room on scheduled date and time for speedy disposal of complaints of the general public.
