Aryaman, son of IAS couple – Sandeep Verma and Sreya Guha – has secured 93rd rank in JEE Advanced.
His father Sandeep Verma, a 1994 batch IAS officer has also completed B.Tech (Electrical Engineering and M.Tech degree (Radar & Communication Engineering) from IIT Delhi. Verma is currently serving as chairman and managing director of Rajasthan State Warehousing Corporation.
Aryaman's mother Sreya Guha is a 1994 batch IAS officer. Guha's educational qualifications include a Master's degree in History from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) followed by M.Phil. in Ancient History, also from JNU. She is currently serving as additional chief secretary of rural development department.
“My father told me that he enjoyed a lot during his IIT days. I drew inspiration from that and cracked JEE Advanced,” Aryaman said.
