Sreya Guha, Additional Chief Secretary Training of Rajasthan cadre, has pressed for tabulating grievances related to benefits under central schemes separately on Rajasthan Sampark Helpline (181) and the Sampark Portal.
“This would facilitate regular monitoring of scheme-related cases and ensure that eligible beneficiaries receive their entitlements in a timely manner,” she suggested.
Guha while reviewing the mechanism of Sampark Portal, closely examined the state-level dashboard and issued necessary directives to officials to ensure transparent, swift, and effective resolution of public grievances.
Chat board working fine
Guha assessed the functioning of the Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based voice chatbot and found the responses up to the mark.
She directed that to enhance the grievance redressal system via voice chatbot, enabling complainants to easily voice their concerns and benefit from quick resolutions.
Guha observed the video-conferencing-based e-public hearing system and heard the grievances raised by complainants. Later she instructed concerned department officials to ensure the swift and resolution to reported cases on a priority basis.
