At a time when Russian President Vladimir Putin is on a visit to India, Rajasthan High Court received a bomb threat in Jaipur.
The entire High Court premises were evacuated immediately after receiving the threat email on the ID of the registrar. Security was beefed up in and around the High Court building. All hearings have been postponed.
This is the second threat in last month to bomb Rajasthan High Court Building in Jaipur.
Police and security agencies are on alert. The case is being investigated seriously. The police bomb disposal squad and dog squad have conducted an extensive search of the entire compound, but no suspicious object has been found so far.
Every person and vehicle coming and going around the High Court is being scrutinised. The High Court administration has appealed to all employees to cooperate.
Earlier, on Thursday, there was a bomb threat to the dargah and the collectorate in Ajmer.
What's there in email?
The email has has reference of Thiruparankundram case in Tamil Nadu, which is an ongoing legal and communal disputes at Thiruparankundram Hill in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, involving a Hindu temple (Subramaniya Swamy) and a Dargah atop a protected archaeological site.
The email stated that the case has angered Muslims across the world. There will be similar blasts in the courts of BJP-ruled states. Only then will the strength of Uday Nidhi Stalin, the opponent of Sanatan Dharma, be understood.
