Shikhar Agrawal, Additional Chief Secretary Industries and Chairman RIICO, reviewed the status of grievances received from various districts. He interacted directly with complainants via video and audio calls to address their issues. He instructed the concerned officials to ensure the prompt disposal of grievances and provide timely relief to the complainants.
Among the complainants, Agrawal interacted with Ankit from Hanumangarh and Dinesh Kumar from Jaipur to understand the issues they are facing.
Similarly, complainants Anand Singh from Barmer and Anand from Pali apprised Agrawal about the ill-functioned streetlight in RIICO industrial area and how their complaint was resolved after being lodged on the Rajasthan Sampark portal.
Agrawal also listened to the grievances of individuals who had availed loans for self-employment under various schemes of the Industries Department. He directed the concerned officials to examine these cases on a priority basis and ensure their speedy resolution so that eligible complainants could receive the benefits of the schemes in a timely manner.
